1. Our ‘Simple & Comprehensive Agreement’ includes the drafting of a balanced agreement containing all the key provisions expected in a standard shareholders agreement; and
2. Our ‘Comprehensive Agreement Incorporating Bespoke Terms’ includes us drafting the same document as for the ‘Simple & Comprehensive Agreement’ service, but with the opportunity for you to have a video call with one of our solicitors to discuss the draft and make any amendments you need.  

In addition, for each option we’ll also arrange e-signature by all the parties once the agreement is finalized.  Once signed, the new shareholders agreement will replace any currently existing shareholders agreement.
