Our Process

Book & Video Call
Once you've placed an order through this website, we'll have a call at a time that suits you. On the call a solicitor will talk you through the LPA and give advice where needed. After the call you'll be sent a questionnaire to capture information needed for the LPA (e.g. names, addresses etc).

LPA preparation & signature
Your LPA will then be prepared and sent to you and your witness, certificate provider* and attorneys to sign. This can be a complicated process, so clear guidance and support will be provided at the time.

Registration
You can then return your LPA for us to check over before we register it for you. Your LPA must be registered with the the Office of the Public Guardian for it to be valid.
